We believe employee health and safety is our social responsibility and a critical driver of everything we do at Steercoms. We are committed to eliminating injury and illness in the work place, identifying hazards and eliminating them or reducing them to acceptable safe levels.

At Steercoms, we believe that employee health and safety does not only encompass preventing physical harm, but goes beyond preventing physical injuries. We are seriously concerned with mental health issues and stress-related disorders which arise from poor working conditions. Steercoms has zero-tolerance discrimination, bullying, harassment and victimisation. Steercoms employees are accorded the freedom to express their concerns without fear of victimisation.
